Shoulder Season: March 16 to June 15; Sept. 16 to Oct. 31
Low Season: Jan. 3 to March 15; Nov. 1 to Dec.19

Sgl = Single (one person)
Dbl = Double (two people in one bed)
Twn = Twin (two people in two beds)
Extra Adult = First Additional Adult 12 years +

2+more extras = a little cheaper than the 1st extra
Child = Child under 12 years

Please Note: 

Minimum 2 nights on a regular weekend, and

3 nights on a long weekend.

Week nights (Mon to Thurs) have different rates than weekends (Fri to Sun).

If you overlap a weekend, the week night rate applies for the nights falling on Monday through Thursday, and the weekend rate for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.  Our weekly rates are the least expensive rates per night.

Similarly, if you overlap two seasons, the rate for those nights you stay in one season will apply to those nights only, and the rate for the second season for those nights falling in those dates.

#1 BALSAM COTTAGE

Medium-sized cottage with a small addition.

Bedroom:  Queen-size bed , deck off bedroom, overlooking

forest, secondary path to parking spot.

Living room area:  Queen sofa-bed (good mattress) in the living room, door between bedroom/bathroom and living room.

Entrance Room: Double bed in loft accessible by small ladder, room for a cot as well. Heated space. Door between this and the kitchen and living room areas.  Great to park bikes in!

Kitchen has 30" stove with oven, 28" fridge, microwave, and a lot of storage space.

Full bathroom, with bath/shower, toilet, sink, next to bedroom.

Satellite TV, private internet- WiFi.

A/C; baseboard heat.

Hardwood floors, lino in bathroom, part of kitchen and part of entrance room.

Non-smoking inside; okay to smoke outside on deck if you're light smokers.

Nearly level entry.

Lawn area in front of cottage, outside table and chairs on deck, flower beds, trees. 

Pets are permitted to stay outside, on the deck, and inside upon approval.  The entrance room is ideal for this, if they are shedders.

#2 FIR COTTAGE

Small, A-frame cottage

Bedroom:  Queen bed, accordion "door" between bedroom and living room, bathroom is off the bedroom.

Living room area:  double sofa-bed

Kitchen has a 24" stove, microwave and a 24" fridge. 

Full bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink, off the bedroom.

Hardwood floors, except lino in bathroom

Satellite TV, WiFi (shared), A/C, fans, baseboard heat

Non-smoking, inside- smoking on the deck is okay.

Pets must be pre-approved to be inside.

Deck with outdoor chairs, small lawn areas,flower beds, trees Close to a level entry.

#3 SPRUCE COTTAGE

Smaller, A-frame cottage

Bedroom: queen bed, accordion door between bedroom and living room/kitchen areas.

Bathroom:  Full bathroom off the bedroom, with bath/shower, toilet and sink.

Living room area: double sofa-bed

Kitchen has a 24" stove, microwave and a 24" fridge. 

Laminate floor, except lino in bathroom.

Satellite TV, WiFi (shared), A/C, fans, baseboard heat.

Non-smoking, inside- okay on the deck.

Pets permitted inside, but must be pre-approved.

#4 PINE COTTAGE

Smaller, A-frame cottage

Bedroom and living area contain a queen bed, a single bed, and a single sofa-bed (bachelor suite).

Kitchen area has a 24"stove, microwave and a 24" fridge. 

Bathroom:  Off the kitchen area, contains bath/shower, toilet, sink.

Laminate floor, with rugs.

Satellite TV, WiFi (shared), A/C, fans, baseboard heat.

Non-smoking, inside, but okay on the deck.

Pets permitted inside, but must be pre-approved.

Deck, outside chairs, small lawn areas, flowers, and trees.

#5 CEDAR COTTAGE

Small, A-frame cottage

Queen bed, single bed and asingle futon sofabed in a bachelor suite (open plan). 

Kitchen has a 24" stove, a 24" fridge, and microwave. 

Bathroom off the kitchen area, contains bath/shower, toilet, sink.

Laminate floor, with rugs.

Satelite TV, WiFi (shared). A/C, fans, baseboard heat.

Nearly level entry.

Non-smoking, inside; okay on the deck.

Pets permitted inside, but must be pre-approved.

Deck with outside chairs, small lawn areas, flowers, trees.

#6 HEMLOCK COTTAGE

A bit bigger, A-frame cottage

Hardwood floors, except tile in bathroom

Queen bed in the totally separate bedroom.

Double sofa bed in the living room.

Kitchen has a 24" stove and a 24"fridge, microwave oven.

Bathroom contains bath/shower, toilet, sink, off the hallway, opposit the bedroom.

Air conditioning, fans, electric baseboard heat. 

Satellite tv and internet (private, WiFi)

Non-smoking, ok on the deck, prefer non-smokers.

Pets ok inside, prefer hypo-allergenic.

There is a deck, flowers, trees, small lawn area.

High Season rates:

single:  $130, double $140 and twin $150, for weekend nights, $10 less for week-day nights.

Shoulder Season:

single: $115, double $125, and twin $135 for weekend nights, $10 less for week-day nights.

Low season:

single: $110, double $120, and twin $130 for weekend nights, $10 less for week-day nights.

Larger, open-beam cottage

Bedroom:  queen bed, door separating hallway.

Living room area: queen sofa-bed

Sleeping loft for adventurous types (ladder access), with two double mattresses. 

Bathroom off the hallway, opposite bedroom, contains a bath/shower, sink, toilet.

Hardwood floors, except lino in bathroom.

Non-smoking, ok to smoke on deck.

Satellite TV.

Kitchen has a 30" stove and 30" fridge, microwave oven.

Air conditioner, fans, baseboard heat.

WiFi (private internet).

Pets permitted inside with prior approval.

Large deck with outside chairs, lawn areas, picnic table, flower beds, trees.

#8 LARCH COTTAGE

Larger, open-beam cottage

Bedroom:  queen bed, door separates bedroom from hallway.

Living room area: queen sofa-bed

Loft area holds a queen-sized thick foamie, and a double-sized thick foamie, accessible by ladder.

Bathroom:  Bath/shower, toilet, sink, lino floor, off the hallway and opposite the bedroom.

Hardwood floors, wood ceiling.

Kitchen has a 30" stove, microwave oven, 30" fridge.

Non-smoking, inside- smoking okay on the deck

This cottage has the most privacy (at the end of the road).

Large deck with outside chairs, lawn areas, flower beds, trees. Satellite TV, Wifi(private). Private phone (land-line).  If you want to make long distance calls, you will need a calling card.

Air conditioning, fans, baseboard heat. Close to sauna.

Rates:  Slightly higher than Birch Cottage -call for info- site to be updated soon.

High season:

Single $159, Double $169 and Twin $179 for week-end nights, $10 less for week-day nights, Extra adult is $16
