Office Hours:  9 am to 9 pm  for reservations, calls, payments, etc

Check-in time: 3 pm - 9 pm
If you think you will be late, please call to say so.
If entering the premises late, you must be quiet, so as not to disturb other guests.

Check-out time: 11 am
If you leave from 12 til 3 pm, you will be charged 1/2 day rate;
If you leave after 3 pm, you will be charged one day's rate.

One-night only on weekend: $25 SURCHARGE, two night minimum on weekends for some cottages.
Three night minimum stay on a long weekend
Discounts for groups, seniors and business.

All pets must be pre-approved, whether they are staying inside or outside.
Rates for pets:
$3 per pet per day to a maximum of $15 per week for pets staying outside.
$7 to $15 per pet per day to a maximum of $50 per week for pets staying inside, unless there is damage or more than normal cleaning required.
All pets must be on a leash, kept quiet and picked up after.

Pets must not be left unattended at any time.
Any damage the pet does must be paid for by the owner(s).

Quiet time: 10 pm - 7 am

Maid Service:
Available for $10-15 per day; this does not include doing dishes. Dish washing (normal amount) is $5 to $8.


Deposit Required:
To secure your reservation, we require a deposit in the form of a credit card, cheque or money order, at the time of booking, for 50% of the total bill. If this is a group booking, we require a 100% deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel 14 days or more in advance and get a full refund, except for group bookings, where a portion may be refunded if we re-rent the units. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you may lose your deposit or a portion thereof if the premises are not re-rented for the dates booked.

You are advised to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
